The AAIM (Alberta Assembly of Independent Members) Option Plan is presented to introduce a government system to Albertans that is the only viable option for Albertans to consider over the current party system.
A system that will demand some real leadership from the elected and ensure that a government body is created by the people for the people.
HISTORY IN THE MAKING
Albertans can be witness to history in the making.
Success will allow for a fresh start, a political reboot if you will, an opportunity for the people to have their say as to how the government will serve the people.
WHY NOW?
The past decade has seen party politics demonstrate time and again just how dysfunctional and corrupt the party system can be. The list seems endless for why party politics must end, but the AAIM option presents the following 3 points to showcase why party politcs must end.
#1 DYSFUNCIONAL:
The proof that party politics has become dysfunctional is everywhere, one only needs to pay attention to see it. Recall the shenanigans of the PC and Wildrose parties that decimated these two conservative parties. The result left Albertans at the mercy of the socialist NDP and the so called "social license agenda" demands of their extremist left base.
We can see this happening again! We can see just how screwed up these political parties can be. Just watch the ongoing power struggle within the UCP. Here is a majority party that remains under siege by a group of ex Wildrose members who are extremists in thier own right and will never be happy with the current leadership.
We see it in BC as a governing minority NDP party became the puppet government for a BC Green party who hold a few seats.
We see this happen again in a corrupt minority Liberal party and the socialist NDP party who command the federal government with only 25 members elected.
Regardless of who you vote for, the AAIM believe that the majority of Albertans feel that, time after time, the political party we support has failed us in some manner, and that should be all the proof you should need to see that party politics must come to an end.
#2 EXTREMISM:
Thanks to political party ideology the people of Alberta have witnessed and sadly experienced a political assault on our oil & gas, mining and agricultural industries by a Alberta hating Liberal party in control of the federal government. A party that has embraced the extremism of the environmental puppets who support the opposition side in the global energy war.
The result of which has been;
a. Out of control taxation,
b. Bloated public services,
c. Over regulation of the energy producing industries,
d. A direct assault on family owned and operated business operations,
e. A long list of bad social policies that divide the majority into small groups, AND,
f. INFLATION!!!
And so much more.
Is this how you want your government to behave?
We need strong people with the intestinal fortitude to stand up for the rights of everyone not just the interest's of the few.
#3 ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION:
For more than forty years the reigning PC Party in Alberta did nothing to diversify our economy to end the boom and bust madness of a one market economic model. In fact, the leadership of the PC’s talked a lot but did very little in that regard.
The NDP government also failed to diversify the industry base of the province, but they were successful in driving taxes and the debt of this province to unprecedented levels.
OPTIONS:
Open your eyes and have a good look around and see what is happening. When you do, you will see that the people of Alberta are ready for a significant change.
You can tell because more and more Albertans advocate for separation.
You are not alone, many Albertans are in favor of getting rid of the political party system.
THE AAIM OPTION:
The AAIM Option is a plan that will allow Albertans a once in a lifetime opportunity to rid our land of party politics at the provincial and federal level.
The AAIM Option will allow Albertans a once in a lifetime opportunity to better control Ottawa's and eastern Canadian influence on our economy or people.
